That’s why Bishop’s Orchards is the perfect place to enjoy a wine tasting or just settle in at the wine bar (part of the farm’s original 1928 barn) with a glass of fruit wine created with the orchards’ own apples, peaches, pears, strawberries, raspberries and blueberries. Sample the diverse collection of national and international-award-winning wines, sparkling wines and dry and semi-dry hard ciders made at the winery, which began operations in 2005.
